Tofu Curried ‘Egg’ and Lettuce Sandwich
Look, it’s pretty easy. DO WHAT I DID: Basically, crumble how much firm tofu you need (Aldi is the BEST), add a sprinkle of black salt, a teaspoon of curry powder, teaspoonish of nuttelex and/or squirt of mayo, bitta cracked pepper, mash with fork.
