Salt and Pepper Tofu

DO WHAT I DID:

It’s Aldi tofu, cubed. In a big bowl, put about half a cup cornflour, heaped teaspoon salt, teaspoon garlic powder, teaspoon of sesame seeds, lots of cracked black pepper. Toss the cubes around in there with your fingers until they are all coated. Then fry them in a big frying pan with the bottom covered in veg oil. Wait til oil ruly hot before you put them in. When bottom side gets golden, flip em over with spatula. Remove on to paper towel to get rid of excess oil. Don’t give Larry as much as you give yourself. Nom.

Also great with teaspoon of curry powder if you are having it with a satay dish.

And I use plain flour sometimes, no worries.
